The Baytown Youth Fair & Livestock Association is a 501c (3) nonprofit organization comprised of all volunteers. The BYF is a 20-acre facility with a recreation hall and a covered pavilion. The money earned from renting the facility is used to maintain, improve and provide opportunities for 4-H and FFA organizations in GCCISD.

Recreation Hall

Our 7,500‑sq‑ft recreation hall offers a flexible, climate‑controlled space ideal for gatherings and events. Features include:

The BYF pavilion provides a large, open‑air venue suitable for livestock events, exhibitions, and large outdoor gatherings.

Enclosed by a 6‑ft cyclone fence

Approximately 4 acres of enclosed space

Pavilion rentals are approved on a case‑by‑case basis by the BYF Board of Directors, so early inquiries are encouraged.
